Not All Calories Are Equal – Princeton Study Finds High-Fructose Corn Syrup EVIL!

Princeton University study has shown that after extensive research, calories from high-fructose corn syrup cause significantly more weight gain and obesity than calories from sugar (or any other source). For example, if two people were to consume an equal 500 calories from high-fructose corn syrup and sugar, the person who consumed the high-fructose corn syrup would gain significantly more weight in the form of stored fat.

How can you avoid this? Well, the obviously way is to read nutrition labels and avoid any products containing high-fructose corn syrup. Here are some foods that contain it:

Others include: certain yogurts, certain protein/energy bars, energy drinks, salad dressings, and more!

The most common form of high-fructose corn syrup is in a liquid, so make sure you read the labels before consuming that drink!
