Self Acceptance

One of the most difficult tasks that we innately have is to accept us for who we are. I’ve set hundreds of goals for myself, many of which I have not accomplished. This isĀ interpretedĀ as failure, which can either be a fuel to action (motivation) or discourage action (demotivation).

Accepting you for who you really are is critical. Acknowledge that you are only human and that you make mistakes. Acknowledge that you live life to the full and you are capable of extraordinary things. Acknowledge you for who you are and accept it.
