Sleeping at Night – Loss of Productivity

Stanford did some extensive testing and assessment on a doctors productivity, accuracy, and performance based on their sleep schedule. Doctors have some of the most rigorous schedules of all time. They’re required to pull all-nighters. Some hospitals have a different system set up where there are day doctors and there are night doctors.

Results may or may not sound alarming depending on what your original thoughts are. People who sleep amply at night have better cognitive function and motor abilities.
