It happens to the best of us. Like others, when I am in a poor mood or I feel sick, I complain. But this sort of negative thinking actually makes us feel worse both internally and externally. Our brain rewires our thoughts and then alters our feelings based on our thoughts.
It’s the same idea to when people carry negative thoughts, they begin to harbor negative feelings all the time. However, if you smile and be happy all the time, you feel more positive and happy.
Stop complaining. This is the first step towards making a positive, more balanced life.
