Stop Thinking and Be

Sometimes we’re so consumed and overwhelmed with both internal and external pressures, we lose ourselves. We get lost in the thoughts and impressions that others may have of us. We get lost in fear of discovering we’re inadequate. We get lost that someone may not like us for who we are.

This is why it is so difficult to create worthwhile, meaningful friendships. When you’re attending school, we’re not so concerned about these social pressures. We act naturally and we be ourselves. We don’t think too much about the consequences of our actions and the implications those consequences so we are able to formulate a deeper connection through¬†genuine¬†social interaction.

Stop thinking so much and just be yourself, everywhere and everyday.
