I, too, have days where I’m feeling particularly lethargic and can’t get myself off my chair to exercise. I need a surge of inspiration and motivation to work out, but nothing seems to get me going… I will feel little to no internal drive and low physical energy. This is when I check reddit’s progress pics. This forum is ultra-motivating because you can see other people’s progress in working out.
