- Take 5 deep breaths. With each breath, count to 5 very slowly. Release.
- Close your eyes and imagine the waves of the ocean colliding into the sand.
- Imagine the wind. Feel the wind brush against your body and hair.
- Hold onto someone. If you have a significant other, hold them in your arms for 10 seconds.
- If you’re in a private area, scream at the top of your lungs into a pillow. Listen to the muffled scream.
