The Recipe to Happiness

There are four ingredients that constitute a state of happiness that I know of right now. I’m sure there could be more added to this list, but I believe these four are crucial.

1. Confidence in Self

Once you are able to accept and acknowledge yourself for who you are, you can truly be happy. Confidence is essential because it allows you to complete everything else on this list. Also, the other things on this list build confidence.

2. Healthy Body

If you take a look at my goals, a lot are physically-related. It may be obvious to some, but without a healthy body, it’s difficult to be happy. Without confidence it’s difficult to obtain and maintain a fit and healthy body.

3. Strong Relationships

Another focus of my goals is to build a strong network between all people including family, friends, and business associates. There has to be a balance between all three of these to lead to a happy and fulfilling life.

4. A Sense of Accomplishment

Many people don’t feel happy because they don’t feel like they’ve accomplished anything in their lives. The truth is that these people actually have, but don’t realize it. Try writing some things that you’ve accomplished. Does this list seem small? Next week, I’ll be talking about how to build a sense of accomplishment.
